Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

• We operate a strict No Refund Policy.
• Users are encouraged to fully utilize the Free Demo Tier to test the system's performance and suitability before purchasing a live subscription.
• Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, your live trading access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle (the month you have already paid for).

3. Expiration & Account Blocking

When your paid subscription period ends, your account will automatically downgrade. Access to Live Trading execution will be blocked immediately. You will retain access to Demo Trading functionality for free.
